As a female who needs warmth and comfort at all costs, I was very impressed with the Rab, Women’s Neutrino Endurance 600 sleeping bag.
This is a slightly shorter version than the man’s equivalent and has a slightly wider middle section in order to avoid the female hip area having to be squeezed in. It is the mummy taper shape. The sleeping bag is filled with 800 fill power Hydrophobic European Goose down (hand filled in Derbyshire, UK) and has a highly waterproof outer shell, thereby protecting the high quality down from any external moisture.
The Neutrino weighs only 1110g, and packs to a very handy 33 cm x 20 cm.
The sleeping bag has a comfort rating down to minus 9.5°C. We had some very cold nights, but I was always warm and very very cosy.
